About The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion
Granactive Retinoid is a newer type of retinoid that is generally gentler than retinol, so it is a good choice if your skin tends to react.
The creamy emulsion is comfortable on drier skin and easy to layer.

Who it suits
Most skin types, including sensitive and dry skin. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How to use
- Use in the evening on clean, dry skin.
- Apply a small amount to the face, avoiding the eyes.
- Start 2–3 nights a week and build up slowly.
- Wear sunscreen every morning.
Good to know: Some dryness, flaking or tingling in the first weeks is common. Do not use on the same night as exfoliating acids, pure vitamin C or copper peptides. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
