Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at OrdinaryPakistan.com. This policy explains when you can return an item, how replacements work, and how to contact us.
7-Day Returns on Unopened Items
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unopened and unused, with its outer box and seal intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that have been opened, used or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect (see below).
- Please keep your order number ready when you contact us.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items: Free Replacement
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If a product is damaged, leaking, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement of the same product.
How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Share your order number, the product name, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps, including how to send the item back if needed.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an unopened return reaches us and passes inspection, we will contact you to confirm your refund or exchange and the payment method. If you have any questions about a refund in progress, please get in touch.
